For those who have purchased Lean Screen or Velvet Screen, whether through our website or a retail partner, you’ll be eligible for a refund and product voucher.

  • Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) is no longer available for sale on our website.
  • For those who have purchased Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) from January 1st 2023, please complete the form linked below by 30th September 2025 to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be received within 30 business days.
  • You are also eligible for an Ultra Violette product voucher to the value of a full size SKINSCREEN to be used on our website on full price purchases. This will come through via email within 5 business days following the completion of the form linked below.
  • We are working with our retailers to remove Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) from sale.
  • For Lean Screen purchases made within the last 30 days through Sephora, please contact the retailer directly for a refund.
  • For Sephora purchases made more than 30 days ago, please email hello@ultraviolette.com.au with your proof of purchase and PayPal ID.
  • You are also eligible for an Ultra Violette product voucher to the value of a full size SKINSCREEN to be used on our website on full price purchases. This will come through via email within 5 business days following the completion of the form linked below.
