- For orders of $55 and over, shipping is free.
- For orders under $55, there is a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
- Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.95.
- Please note: Express shipping options may not be available during busy sale periods.

Redelivery Fee’s
- A $9.95 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

Returns
We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au
- If your Ultra Violette is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a picture of the product to violette@ultraviolette.com.au within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
- If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving.
- Email us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au to request a refund and our friendly team will assist in the process of returning your items back to us.
- Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel.
- Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
